"DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION" installing Windows 11 build 25247 update

I just installed build 25247, but when I reboot to finish the update process, it eventually crashes with a "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION" error. The spinning circle either stops spinning or freezes a few times before this happens and I never get the message indicating the completion percentage.

Tried it again and it worked this time - I did get the error screen once during the process but it picked back up where it left off after restarting and finished up with no other issues.
