I was running Edge Beta as my default browser, latest version 117.2045.30. It had an update on Saturday to 117.2045.31. Since then it would keep crashing on launch, just a brief white screen then close with no errors in the event viewer. It would run probably after 3 or 4 attempts.
Stable build was also updated to 117.2045.31 at the same time, this has the same problem as Beta.
Installed Dev build 118, this was also crashing.
Stable build updated to 117.2045.36 this morning - same problem.
The only version that's not crashing is Canary build 119, this runs every time without closing.
SFC check shows no errors, I've repaired and re-installed all versions, including Stable.
