As already reported in these external threads:

after I open Settings, as soon as I type something in the Settings Search box (upper left in the page), highlited results go blank (e.g. edge://settings/?search=account), with two strange errors reported in Edge console:
Code:

Already disabled all Add-Ons but nothing changed, and I doubt clearing MS Edge Cookies, cache etc. will help in this case (= it's not an external website). Reproducible also with Edge as Admin.
Ideas? Any other testimonies?

This is interesting...
Creating a new user profile under Edge ( edge://settings/profiles ) the new profile browser window will work just fine including Settings Search box!

Oh, well... I was afraid to reset Edge and loose all customized settings etc., but I finally decided to give it a go ( edge://settings/reset )... and it unexpectedly WORKED! Problem solved!
I also re-enabled all my add-ons and everything runs fine including Edge Settings Search box, finally. Didn't loose anything: all my custom settings were still there, same for account and Favorites.
