Maybe the problem is with that particular version, they list 3.2.25011 as the stable, yet the installer is 3.2.25099
You can ask on their Discord channel or you can try Canary version, I keep it updated automatically via winget.

What have you done to find a solution? Of course, you are still getting the same error code, you have done nothing to try to remedy the situation.

Does the same behavior happens when you download the executable and try to install it?


Going back to winget installation, before running the winget command, please enter this:

Code: 
cd\

This will return you to the root of C:
Then from the C:\ prompt, run the winget command.

In no-go, could you tell me what the screen gives you when you enter the following one line at a time?

I think you might have more serious issues then.
I have done everything listed above without issues on my system with both versions, using winget & the executable.
And of course system informer is running fine.

I would try to create another user and install it under that new profile and see if that works.

It's the only thing I've had issues installing. The PC is around a month old. Everything is working good otherwise. What might the issue be in your experience?

I honestly could not tell you.
This is an odd one, especially when both the winget & the setup executable fail.
When you run the winget command, is the terminal showing Administrator in the upper left tab?

I ran it both ways, with and without admin permissions. I'm going to try installing it on an old PC and get back to you later.

Won't install on my old Acer either. I got a different error code, but it's Windows X-Lite and I don't have snipping tool or paint to paste from printscreen and I can't be bothered to install them. Might be a Windows issue with the latest update. I'm at a loss.
