Solved "Finish Setting up you PC"

Today I powered on my W11 laptop to be greeted by a "Finish Setting up you PC" asking me to do things I wasn't interested in.

I managed to get to press Skip to that but was then greeted with a demand to loing using an MS account which I don't do. I use a local account and don't want to use an MS account.

I managed to CAD to force a logoff and was then able to login normally. My worry is that next time I won't be able to bypass this stuff that easily.

Guidance requested.

Hello David,

You should be able to use an option in the tutorial below to disable that screen at startup.

1. Go to the start menu and select settings.

2. Select system tab > Notifications.

3. Click Advanced Settings and uncheck all those boxes.

Or, alternately, if you're going to install Win-11 again, like I will, many times.
Just let Rufus burn the Win-11 ISO to a Flash Drive using it's options to eliminate the MS BS.

Then, you can easily install Win-11 without being forced to use an MS Account, and all the BS that goes along with it.

I'm getting OLD and grumpy, and just don't have time for all of MS's BS. So I take all the short cuts I can, to make life a little easier.
I just take all the options, and VOILA, I have a Win-11 install Flash Drive that just installs Win-11 without all the BS.
And no Nag screens, coming back to haunt me. I want what little life I've got left, to go as smoothly as possible.

I love how all the things people seem to really not want to see are always "buried" in the Advanced Settings. Let's put this in the least obvious spot so nobody turns it off.

Or put a checkbox in the dialog box saying, " do not display this anymore".

Also, you have to figure out what each of those settings do, they are not very clear.

Whenever Windows gets a major upgrade, lately once a month now, you will be greeted with this message like a new install. You can select what you want or just press Next. You won't see that message till the next Upgrade
