"Force" Update to Windows 11

Hello
On my PC, I was able to update to Windows 11 - The Update pannel "invited" me to update to Windows 11

But on my wife's computer, I don't get such an "invitation" - I only get a"normal" upgrade of Windows 10

I ran the Microsoft utility to check if her computer was eligible to Windows 11
No problem, everything required is available (sace, TPM ...)

Why don't I get the "invitation" to update to Windows 11 ?
How could I "force" it ?

I downloaded the files you recommend and will proceed over the week-end
one more question : I applied all updates to my own Windows 11 version - When I check the version, it says 23H2 - But the download i got is a 25H2
is that normal ? Should I "force" an upgrade from 23H2 to 25H2 ? How should I proceed ?

Regarding my computer profile, it is a custom built PC - Is it interesting to provide the information ?

The newest version Microsoft released is 25H2, you can't found any other older version of Windows 11 from Microsoft website.

Maybe Windows Update is not working on your Windows 11.

you may still need the 25H2 enablement package even with the 25H2 ISO.
