Hi i am after free photo editor i have tried loads but it may be me all i want is to filter a couple of photos of mine ,i am very pale in them not much colour on my face ( cos of illness ) i see others making there ugly photos nice with filters etc, i would pay for one but im not sure i would be able to do the filtering and waste my money , cos i havent managed using these any help would be appreciated ,thankyou

FastStone Image Viewer I'm sure that this one has been posted before. I've used it for years. I like it because it's super easy to use and works for my needs.
