Getting "alwaysshowmenus" in control panel file explorer options

cannot get "alwaysshowmenus" in control panel file explorer options. How to solve this problem?

Only way to have that setting is to re-code Windows 11user interface or use registry hack.

I tried a registry hack wit no success. But I don't handstand what is re-code Windows 11user interface. Can you explain me.

For me, it involves using a 3rd party utility, namely StartAllBack, to render an alternative Explorer Shell...

That is what I want. I have startallback running, but what are the exact settings to get just what I see in image you posted? Please let me know.
