Getting "alwaysshowmenus" in control panel file explorer options

cannot get "alwaysshowmenus" in control panel file explorer options. How to solve this problem?

Thanks for your reply. Go to Control panel>view for large Icons>File explorer options> View tab

The menu bar is no longer available in File Explorer in Windows 11. This is why the Always show menus setting in Folder Options below is no longer available.

Yes I'm looking for a setting that does not exist, but is very important for me. I have read in google that this settings exists in particular conditions that I don't know

Only way to have that setting is to re-code Windows 11user interface or use registry hack.

I tried a registry hack wit no success. But I don't handstand what is re-code Windows 11user interface. Can you explain me.
