How to get rid of Microsoft Edge saved profile????

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.26100.4349]
1.I try delete profile,
2.delete folder from User profile
3.Force uninstall with 3rd app then reinstall.
4 Sign out etc
But each time my profile appear and if any one press on it it will automaticly log on and user can have access to my data

Any chance to remove that ?

Its my work PC at office and there is no users, but sometimes childs come and play , just concerned of data to not delete somethinbg WO intetion
