All very greatful, but I don't have a clue how to go about this. The second picture was when I enabled the 'enable VPN' box, which produced the black box about dynamic what-cha-ma-call-it. But again, no clue. Also, I don't know if Virgin Media gives a static IP or only dynamic as far as I remember. Any guide bit by bit for me would be very helpful.Looks like you already enabled it in the second screenshot. You will need to order a static IP from your ISP or use a dynamic DNS service and use the provided FQDN for the connection since your wan IP will often change.
Thank you, but I have replied with my issuesYes, what @neemobeer posted, and check your download & upload speed with and without the VPN.
You will see if it's performing as you want. (The VPN service should have servers that are close to you, so double check that too)
