Looks like you already enabled it in the second screenshot. You will need to order a static IP from your ISP or use a dynamic DNS service and use the provided FQDN for the connection since your wan IP will often change.

All very greatful, but I don't have a clue how to go about this. The second picture was when I enabled the 'enable VPN' box, which produced the black box about dynamic what-cha-ma-call-it. But again, no clue. Also, I don't know if Virgin Media gives a static IP or only dynamic as far as I remember. Any guide bit by bit for me would be very helpful.
