How to remove windows Narrator ?

How to remove windows Narrator ? I want to remove it. to me it is a PIA, I was really not happy when this voice took over my computer and found it was reading stuff to me... I do not appreciate apps being forced on me... Thanx to whomever at MS decided I needed this.. MYOB.

You can turn it off-settings>Accessibility>Narrator>toggle both narrator and keyboard shortcut to off

I found a video on Youtube, which seems to be from older versions of windows and change permissions for full control to delete the narrator file from windows. I did not put the link, not sure if I can or should. Easy to find with a quick search. I delete the app file, and it should be good now. If it doe snot work I will come back and change this from solved to not solved. Thanx... (I was so frustrated when this narrator took over... )
