Installation problems Microsoft 365 Single

I'm unable to install Microsoft 365 Single on my Windows 11 10.0.22000.100 system.
It's already installed on two other computers without any problem running Windows 10.
When reaching 50% of the installation process I get the following error messages:

3_Das hat leider nicht geklappt.png4_Installation war nicht möglich.png
Then the installation quits.
When using Microsoft SaRA I get exactly the same result.

I just had a support session with Microsoft. He wasn't able to solve the problem, too. He gave it to a higher support level.

Have you managed to resolve the install issue?

FYI - I just successfully installed Microsoft 365 Personal (Office) subscription from my MS Account onto my Windows 11 Insider Preview Ver. 21H2 b22000.160 system. No issues with the install whatsoever and no problems so far when using it.

Looks quite sexy with those rounded corners :-)

    My Crash&Burn system.
    Initially clean installed to Win 11 for testing of the new OS.
    TPM 2.0 Installed.
    CPU does not pass the MS Health Check.

Not the *exact* code but pretty close.

I have Microsoft Office Family and it installed on my clean install of Windows 11 no issues.
