Intel to AMD, MBR to GPT, Secure Boot Windows UEFI + CSM Disabled BSOD

The WDV tool was used to create crashes then you no longer knew how to run it.

Then you could no longer run administrative command prompt commands.

It's not making any sense.
I was just making a mistake. I was getting distracted and I'm not the most computer savvy person, obviously because I'm using this forum to get help for solving my issues, lol.

If you doubt my issues or something, I can make a video documenting what I'm experiencing.

So you think I have more of a driver issue than a BSOD issue?

While I was building this PC, Windows complained that secure boot was not turned on. When I let Windows turn it on, I had your nightmare! I somehow managed to get into Windows safe mode and did a recovery and managed to get things working again. Windows event viewer shows an error that secure boot is turned off followed by a few warnings. As long as my system is running properly, I will wait for Microsoft and/or ASUS to fix the problem.

Good luck with your system.
