When you self-delete threads where a number of forum users have already replied, people will learn to ignore your questions.

If you've upgraded from W10 to 23H2, then 23H2 -> 25H2 isn't really that dangerous. The W10 -> W11 jump is the most difficult because the danger of trying to migrate a legacy driver that doesn't work under W11 is much higher.

But now you're on W11, so the risk of data loss is low.

Use disk cleanup (%windir%\system32\cleanmgr.exe) to clean the drive. It will delete windows.old folder and more.

Is it a question?
If you never going to go back to version 23h2, use Disk cleanup.

I could be wrong and hope that I am but the replies form the OP sounds so much like a thread that another member would have started. I'm sure that those that tried to help only to be ignored and seeing the same question asked over and over again will remember who I'm referring to. If I'm right the OP needs to remember that having two accounts under different names is not allowed.

okay my bad quick question should i turn on or off get the latest updates as soon as they're available
✅ Reasons to Turn It On
  • Early access to new features: You’ll get enhancements like new apps, UI changes, and tools (e.g., “Hey Copilot” voice activation) as soon as Microsoft rolls them out.
  • Faster bug fixes and performance improvements: Non-security updates often include optimizations that improve system speed, battery life, or app compatibility.
  • You’re tech-savvy or enjoy experimenting: If you like staying ahead of the curve and don’t mind occasional hiccups, this setting is for you
❌ Reasons to Keep It Off
  • You prioritize stability: Updates released early may still have minor bugs or compatibility issues. Waiting ensures they’re fully vetted.
  • You use your PC for critical work: If downtime or unexpected changes could disrupt your workflow, it’s safer to wait for broader rollout.
  • You’re on a managed or enterprise device: IT admins often control update timing to avoid conflicts with business software.
