KB5025239 is causing widespread issues

Got this in my mailbox this morning.

I have it blocked in my system for now. Here's hoping for a quick fix.

And yet this report suggests the issues are not widespread.
Windows 11 update is causing issues with taskbar, autohide feature for some users

As always it pays to research as much as possible and not take one report as gospel.
I personally have not encountered any issues with that update, nor have any of my friends or family, beleive me I would have heard from them quite quickly.

I am getting a "This site can’t be reached" error when I click your link.

Copy + Paste the whole link in a new tab.

That article also states that with some users there is a direct correlation between these issues and 3rd party GUI customization apps.

This CU has been on my system for a week now and no perceived performance issues. Likely limited to certain CPUs and system components?

Can't say much about performance issues - because i didn't make any software based tests/benchmarks - prior to applying this update. And the way i use my current system/laptop or the apps i use - rarely require even 50% of a mid range system (kind of) by modern standards.

Tho, i did notice a bug: if the system goes to sleep (not just turning off the screen - cause then it's still fine) and there's some apps open (like Firefox) - while waking up their taskbar icons are missing (tho, the apps are still open - can still see their shape on the taskbar) - unless i click on the apps/shape (then they reappear again).

PS. Not using any 3rd party apps for GUI customization and such.
