You can access these experiences as soon as they’re ready for your device by navigating to Settings > Windows Update and turning on the toggle to Get the latest updates as soon as they're available.

Note: To see the toggle, you must be using a Home or Pro device running Windows 11, version 22H2 with all the latest updates installed. The toggle won't be enabled for devices managed by an organization unless the IT department has enabled optional updates (including CFRs) using policy.

Was offered 22H2 build: 22621.521 on September 28, installing took 5 hours, no issues. Ran DISM online and SFC: OK
Pros: I got my old RAM bandwidth back from before the Core Isolation security feature (1 GByte/sec improvement, was 27 GByte/s)
Cons: 22H2 reset my registry so I had to tweak all my old W10 fixes again, had dozens of Event warning/errors.
Storage Sense found 12 GB old Windows files that I purged

We are entering a new phase of the rollout for Windows 11, version 22H2 and we are increasing its availability to all who check for updates on eligible Windows devices.

My System One was offered (and took) the 22H2 Update on Day One of the release. My slightly newer System Three (see my 'Other Info') was not offered it at first, but has now got it through Windows Update in this phase of the rollout.
