I'm sorry but I couldn't help myself.

As for the driver - there is no "best" driver. If it works good for you then it's best for you. If you have a problem that is solved in an upcoming version, you can upgrade. Otherwise there is no point in upgrading and introducing new bugs.

What do you do mostly with your system? I ask because I've never used an AMD "Pro" driver. However if you Google the issue it seems the "Pro" version seems more geared toward content creator type stuff while the regular Adrenalin drivers are more geared toward the gaming community. My advice, for what it's worth, is to go to AMD Drivers download their suggestion for letting the installer "Auto-detect" the proper driver. That will download a minimal file when run will auto-detect your hardware then install the proper drivers, if needed for both the GPU and motherboard Chipset. You'll download a file named..... "amd-software-adrenelin-edition-25.10.2-minimalsetup-251027_web.exe" You then run that setup. I would choose the option for a "Clean" install as it will wipe away any older software settings to hopefully negate any residual driver conflicts.

The PRO Edition drivers/software are aimed at users who have Radeon PRO GPU's.

The Adrenalin are typically updated monthly, and PRO are updated quarterly.
I've used both but mostly use the Adrenalin ones because they updated more regularly. Overall unless a user has a specific reason for using the PRO the Adrenalin are the best choice.

Just go to AMD.com. Once there go to Resources & Support. Then look for Radeon Graphics & AMD Chipsets. Underneath that click on Drivers. The next screen look for Windows 10/11 Drivers. Underneath will be a tab "Download Windows drivers" That will take you to a download page to download the driver mentioned above.

Adrenalin and Pro are Packages containing adjustment and control software as well as drivers for particular range of AMD based GPUs. When you start installing or updating drivers, those applications will read Hardware Id of your graphic card and install proper driver for you particular model of GPU. That you can se in Device Manager and my not correspond with Adrenalin/Pro package version.
Here is an example of driver for my Rx 6600XT with Adrenalin package 25.10.2
