MX Creative Console & Actions Ring
  • Actions Ring is a customizable on-screen overlay that lets you quickly access and customize app actions, keyboard shortcuts, and adjustments. Previously available only on MX devices, it’s now accessible on all compatible Logi Options+ mice and keyboards.
Bug fixes
  • Dialpad's dial & roller configuration controls are now disabled when the LogiPluginService is not running.
  • Fixed a crash that could occur while the plugin service was shutting down.
  • Fixed a rare crash caused when restarting the plugin service.

  • Actions Ring now offers three display size options: Small, Medium (default), and Large.

I'm sure you'll like it, it's a quality piece of hardware!

To be totally honest, the foremost reason I returned it was the inability to update Options+ on my Desktop, paired with the fact that I don't use my Laptop for much anymore either! 🤷‍♂️

So what are these MX Master 3S 'woes' that the Neowin cats are moaning about? I've got one of those rodents and haven't had a single problem with it since I bought it earlier this year.

Edwin I'm the same always turn off my Mouse and Keyboard once finished using them and I have 4x MX Master 3S and I'm the same Marcus no issues what so ever with my 4x MX Master 3S still love them and in no hurry to purchase the MX Master 4

I was thinkin the same thing!
I have four MX3's/MX3S's, never had a problem!
The problems are often with the software or Bluetooth!
Like the article says: It's just a normal, well built mouse..., the software makes it 'special'.

All those mice lol, I've got one 3S and an old 3. The MX 4 was to replace my old 3. They will mostly be spares now as the MX 4 will be used for all three computers now that I can easily switch between machines using the actions ring.

Oh, I also have a little MS Surface Arc Mouse.

I always found the Masters way too bulky, but they must be popular given the regular updates. My favorite mouse ever is the M720 Triathlon, which improved on my former fav the M705 Marathon Mouse by adding the bottom thumb button and device switching. I program the thumb to F5 for web browsers, F9 for Outlook, etc. These mice have stayed the same for ages, and really the only thing I'd want to change is to use silent switches.

The MX Master is to bulky for traveling with a laptop (why I have the little arc mouse) but for desktop use it's my favorite as the best mouse I've ever owned and extremely comfortable IMO.

I found the actions ring to actually be a useful and highly customizable gadget. I'm a fan of the new actions ring. It's good you finally got to try it lol.
