Not firmware, still 04/13/26

Since the last update (2.5.926888) I've been seeing this on a daily basis. Any thoughts, campers?

New Features

- Added for all webcams a quick save functionality to take a snapshot image at the native preview resolution. You can change the snapshot location in the webcam settings.
- Added an info icon with tooltip to the video preview controls for webcams.

Enhanced Easy-Switch Support Seamlessly Switch your paired mouse and keyboard together between multiple host devices. Enhanced Easy-Switch functionality has now been expanded to Alto Keys K75M and Signature Mechanical K868.

What's Fixed

- Delay in device detection after sleep resume on some macs.
- Delay of a few minutes for device configuration to work after sleep resume on some macs.

As usual the release notes are ahead of the rollout no update for my PC yet.

Thought I should mention this incase anyone else runs into this issue. For months I'd had Windows settings issues on two of my machines that entailed certain settings like system/advanced, accounts/sign-in, apps/advanced app settings, and others refusing to open and freezing the Windows Settings app. Tried everything from repair ISO installs to various powershell and cmd prompt attempted fixes to no avail. Well two days ago I finally found the culprit by isolating services in ms-config and rebooting the machine with certain services disabled to find that my settings now worked fine. Guess which service was breaking settings?

Yup, good ole Logi Options+ was breaking my settings. Anyway I did a removal through Revo-Uninstaller, reinstalled it and the issue was solved. Well, until today when Windows Update decided to install the driver in the screen shot below on both machines breaking my settings apps on both again. Anyhow I reinstalled the full Hasleo backups I luckily had done this morning and blocked the logi driver using an old now unsupported app called WUShowHide.diagcab to stop it from reinstalling. Just a heads up if you guys have any weird settings freezes or modules not opening.

@FrancoDT I use Brinks tutorial Enable or Disable Include Drivers with Windows Updates in Windows 11 because on my laptop Windows Update wants to install the wrong/older version of my AMD video driver after which AMD Control Centre wont work, When I need to update a driver I will get it right from the manufacturer NVIDIA, ASUS, Intel etc. rather than trust Microsoft and Windows Update.

Thanks for the info. Currently that old unsupported WUShowHide.diagcab app actually still works so I hang on to it for the rare occasion such as this. I don't mind certain drivers through WU, just not that one lol.

As an added piece of info to my settings saga I discovered that if I also install a third party haptic feedback plugin on the Login Options+ app that will also break the Windows settings app. Disabling it wasn't enough I had to uninstall the plugin
for settings to work again. The built-in logi haptic feedback like for the actions ring are fine and don't break it but I can't add a third party plugin or it breaks again.

I just received the update on my computer v2.7.961922

What’s fixed​

• For webcams, disable the save snapshot button if video is not active
• Fixed an issue with Craft key customization and Crown actions not working after 2.7 update.

Just got v2.7.961922 on the first of three machines. So far so good.
