Hello
I have a ''bug'' with the mouse's arrow that is having the loading (circle) animation all the time
I tried to close apps using the Task Manager to find the culprit but no joy
I tired to close third party services with the same technic : no joy
I tried to reboot into safe mode with diagnostic mode but doing so will brake my PIN and I can't login anymore, I had to use Windows ISO to recover login
I am afraid there is a Windows service that is broken
Any suggestions?

Try unticking all the start-up apps in task manager and reboot. Might give a clue.

As you've no onboard graphics I'd leave Nvidia but untick Avast to test.

I tried to disable AVast on bootup but it didn't let me
I literally uninstalled it just to troubleshoot, unfortunately the bug is still here, the pointer is still ''loading''
So it's either Nvidia or a Windows service that is the culprit, I re-installed the geforce driver with clean install but it didn't fix it

With the login issue there's a setting in the Settings app that allows you to change how you log in. It should help if the PIN doesn't work in some circumstances and as long as you know your password you should be ok. Accounts -Sign-in Options - Additional settings and turn off 'For improved security, only allow Windows Hello Sign-in...............'

Gives you this option on the sign-in screen,

You might also consider perform a clean boot to troubleshoot.

Before doing any more troubleshooting it would be wise to create a system image 'as is' in case things don't work out. You'll then, at least, have a decent backup to fall back on.
