Message when sending emails

After a windows reinstall then Office 2021 reinstall I had problems getting my email account to work. Eventually Microsoft got it working. They however changed it to a IMAP account. It had been a POP3 account for 25+ years . They said POP3 wouldn't work but I'm sure it would.

What its left me with is the attached message coming up every time I send an email.

Is there a way of getting rid of the message for good?

Have discovered 31/01/2022 Internet speed at router 41 mbps. At this PC 9. Internet is via wired ethernet.
In the email account settings (more settings - advanced tab), do two things:

Check the box My Outgoing server requires authentication
Check to see if outgoing server port is 465

Let us know if this helps.

Yes box ticked and port 465

Looks like a server side issue, if you accept the warning will it reappear?

First, I apologize. My original assumption was that you are indeed using the desktop client. The link I provided was for both outlook and outlook.com. When you said you aren't using outlook.com I misread it as outlook. No excuse other than I was trying to do too many things at the same time and wasn't paying enough attention to what you posted.... Anyway, please go back to that link - the settings should be good for Outlook 2021.
