Windows 11 Pro for Workstations x64 23H2
Since yesterday I have a big problem with my microsoft account. I can't log in, because it says that the password is incorrect. When I change my password, it says the same thing again. I can't ask for online help because I can't log in. I was set to log in using the authenticator app on my mobile phone. However, since yesterday when I click on the phone to approve the login, a notification pops up saying that there is an error in communication with the server. Now I can't do anything and everything asks me to reconnect, and I can't do anything there. What could it be and how to solve this problem?

You may have locked yourself out and attempting to change the password made things worse as you probably were still connected elsewhere.
Log out of every single device you may be logged in. Double check to make sure, do not forget phone link. Reboot all devices.
Then and only then try to log back in, if it fails then attempt to change password.

How are you connecting to the internet? From your post it seems you may have an issue with your provider.

If you are using ISP's DNS, definitely change it or even better, use DoH.

I know what I'm doing. Probably somebody hacked my account.
Yet you had a problem and are in the wrong forum.
And you made a bold statement without any evidence whatsoever.
Glad it's resolved.
