That's exactly the point! If they don't hear us, we don't support them!
Disable FilmStrip (make it optional) or I won't continue using Photos app! I just didn't say that directly.

Google know this better than Microsoft (even earlier)! Picasa, a Beast for organizing/editing photos, but also has a dedicated simple photo VIEWER mode!

This is a sh*tty app!
(Can't believe I installed it again, just to see if the Previous/Next buttons work!!!) :nope:

More and more I suspect two major stumbling blocks with Microsoft...
- they seem to assume what the user needs or wants feature wise,
- they also appear to endeavor to be unique in their app development, and fail miserably doing so!

I know them all. I had a few of them, but I don't like to use them anymore (although I will if this behaviour continues). I'm a PlayImage, I mean playing a lot with images!

Anybody know if MS is going to add Face Recognition back into the app? It never worked correctly before.......Just hoping that they would develop it more. I have thousands of photos and it would be nice if it worked. Am I asking too much???

What do you recommend? I have thousands of photos, I have been an avid photographer since 2001 and I am needing a good Face Recognition program I can afford or get free. MS needs to develop this app.
