I have an SteelSeries Arctis 1 Wireless Headphone.

The settings that work in the output section of my Audio settings is "Speakers , SteelSeries Arctis 1 Wireless
The Input section is Microphone SteelSeries Arctic 1 Wireless

For some unknown reason this randomly changes to another setting and I have no sound or mic input. It's driving me mad. See attached screenshots. It mainly happens if I reboot or sign out and sign in. However , this should change the sound setting without my intervention.

Anyone tell me how to stop this from continually occurring? I haven't posted this on the SteelSeries forums as yet but I hope someone might be able to help me here.

My SteelSeries GG software is version 62.0.0 which is the latest.

I've turned off Sonar Application, it has removed all the other SteelSeries sound options, however I should have to take such a drastic step to solve this, there is something else at play here.
