Denis, the sidebar says you're still on 22H2 and you're running Home. Maybe one or both of those accounts for the side-switching. I just know my dear Mrs. is still on W10, and hers is on the left, as it is on my backup machine that runs W10 (just cranked it up for the first time in months to check). Both my W11's show it on the right when they're RJ-45-plugged.
