New Microsoft PowerToys pre-release version 0.102.2851.0 for Windows 11

 PowerToys github:

This is a preview-channel build for the PowerToys 0.102 release train, produced from the stable branch. It follows v0.102.2814.0; the notes below describe changes since that preview, not the complete 0.102 versus 0.101 changelog. This is not the final stable release.

Highlights

  • Quick Accent: Added a searchable character reference guide with Unicode descriptions and click-to-copy support.
  • ZoomIt: Improved recording reliability when audio inputs are unavailable, with real-time audio pacing and bounded buffering.

General

  • The stricter analyzer policy introduced in #51065 by @Copilot is not included in this preview: it was fully reverted on stable before this build. CA1824, CA1720, and MVVMTK0049 retain the previous preview's warning policy.
  • Fixed the Command Palette Toolkit's default resource language metadata in official builds in #51179 by @LegendaryBlair and @Copilot

Mouse Without Borders

  • Removed unused Windows compatibility dependencies and retained only the packages Mouse Without Borders needs in #50883 by @Copilot

Quick Accent

  • Added a searchable character reference guide in Settings to browse language mappings, view Unicode descriptions, and copy characters, with selected language sets shown first in #49394 by @daverayment and @Copilot

ZoomIt

  • Improved screen-recording reliability when audio inputs are unavailable, with real-time audio pacing and bounded buffering in #50934 by @foxmsft

Changes needing final review

Direct stable commit ef2d7537d507 fully reverts #51065 to restore the previous analyzer warning policy. The Toolkit metadata fix in #51179 remains included. This is a rollback of an intermediate, unpublished change, not removal of a feature from the previous preview.
