@hdmi - you seem pretty experienced...any thoughts on how I might fix my issue of no "Sign Out" or Account Switching?

I forgot to mention in my prior post that this problem only occurs if I use the Win10 style Start Menu with EP. If I leave everything the same and change EP Start Menu setting to Win11 style, the Sign Out/Account Switch option works. I also have a clean/default user account on this system and the issue is present on that account. So the problem seems to affect all user accounts on my system.

I'm not running anything that affects/controls the UI other than EP (not running Startisback or startallback, or shellex, or any other similar programs).

I had this problem last May and was able to resolve it with an inplace upgrade/reinstall of EP and it worked up until recently, but now I have this issue again....

Leave start menu to Windows 11 style and use another application, such as Open Shell to change it the way you want.

Ditto. The invisible task bar was a challenge for my aging eyes when it showed up today, but the pre-release version does the trick.

The screenshot that I posted is the Win10 style Start Menu of EP. (Due to how I have set up EP and the Controls tab of Open-Shell's settings, Shift+Click on Start is what opens this specific Start Menu for me.) I also have only one user account, a Microsoft account that belongs to the Administrators group. I have Windows set up such a way that it boots straight to desktop (the logon screen automatically skipped), and also doesn't ask for a password/pin after waking the laptop from sleep. Besides EP, other duct tape dispensers I use to keep the glass shards from falling out of my Windows include Open-Shell with the Classic Explorer component thereof, Winaero Tweaker, Ultimate Windows Tweaker, and a small bunch of registry tweaks. (That's in addition to a few extras like a stack of hardboards, a power saw, a hammer and a box full of nails.)

I installed all Windows updates and latest version of Explorer Patcher. Never saw the transparent taskbar bug. Probably because I also have Open Shell taking care of the taskbar appearance.

Explorer Patcher 64.2 fixed an issue where Windows Explorer would crash when it was running on Dev Build 26080.11000.

Windows only ran when the Windows 11 default taskbar was enabled on the previous EP version.

I use the latest version but even this has issues.
It appear normal the windows explorer window if we choose win10 ribbon but many times without we can do the right clicl or the extra features win11 rinbbon has.

And even i choose start gonna be at center is always left.

Do you have Explorer Patcher installed and still the system tray is missing? Have you tried to install Open Shell?

ribbon disabled, and tab for explorer is disable too

Use the x64 version (for PC with Intel or AMD CPU). The ARM64 version is for devices with an ARM 64-bit CPU. There is no compatibility check, use it without fear in both unsupported and compliant PCs.

Try changing the taskbar in Open Shell and/or Explorer Patcher. Leaving it default (Windows 11) won't fix the bug. I have set the taskbar to Windows 10 mode (to get the full right-click menu including Task Manager) in Explorer Patcher and to Windows 7 in Open Shell (to get the Windows 7 start button and start menu).
