Solved No calendar when I click on clock 22000.65

I guess I could restore this SSD back to Win 10, then do the In-Place again, and let it update, before I do any registry tweaks.

That would only take about 45 mins.
If this is a fully compliant machine then you could try an in-place repair upgrade. That could work too.

As you may remember, with my non-complaint laptop an in-place repair is not possible, when trying with the hybrid W10/W11 install media it says it can only keep 'Nothing'. With the unmodified W11 ISO it says this machine can't run W11.

I did an in place repair/install just for the hell of it. (22000.65). Took longer to create the .iso via UUP Dump than running the repair/install.

If you restore win10 like start menu than taskbar is win10-like as well, so quick settings are lost, tried it on my pc. Same might happen with calendar however I didn't check it as I went back to Win11 start with classic shell.

Sorry it didn't work. Not unsurprising though. Repair install and if that fails a fresh install. Unless someone has a better suggestion.

Do you have anything in the C:\$WinREAgent folder... cause I don't

I didn't have a recovery partition on Win 10. When I upgraded to W11 it created one...but even Macrium doesn't SEE it

When I make a backup it auto checkmarks the C:\ drive and the EFI System partition, but not the Recovery Partition

Image1.png

I've never in my life done a Windows "repair"... I just restore backups.

Brb... I gotta do a restore, right now... I got so many things reset or undone, etc... I can't keep track.
It'll take 3 mins ...

Update...

I was sitting here thinking... I thought what if I do an In-Place upgrade? That should fix the calendar problem.
No joy. Problem still exists. The In-Place did wipe out all my tweaks, so we can rule those out.

So rather than go through all the tweaks again... I just restored from my 22000.65 backup.
