No sound at all after first USB fresh install of W11

I've been googling and it seems to be a very spread problem but can't find the solution.

I got a new laptop today with W10 and sound worked fine, and the first thing I did was downloading the W11 iso and install it. Running perfect so far but just no sound. If I cast a Youtube video to my TV with cromecast it works but stops or stops a while and resumes.

Any solution to this?

I tried uninstalling the driver, restarting laptop, using the troubleshooting steps, etc.

I saw where no one had responded to your question so I'm jumping in to offer suggestions. I will be honest and say I had not even heard of Teclast brand before your post. I could not even find where to locate official Teclast drivers. The only ones I found were from offbeat sites which I generally steer clear of. Here's what I would try in order.
From what I can tell your laptop probably uses Realtek Audio. (If I am not correct in this let me know)Try each of these, checking sound after each one

Suggestion 1 Right click on sound icon in task tray-click sound settings. At the bottom click more sound settings.Make sure speakers Realtek Audio is set as your default device.

Suggestion 2 Go to settings-system-sounds-choose where to play sound should be speakers.

Suggestion 3 in search box type run.
In the run app type services.msc OK. In services look for RtkAudioService. Restart the service.

Suggestion 4 Run the audio troubleshooter. Go to settings-system-troubleshoot-other trouble shooters-playing audio, and run it.

Suggestion 5
1. In device manager, right click on the sound driver and select uninstall (also check the box to remove the driver), reboot.
Your sound driver should then be the default Microsoft sound driver. Check to see if you get any sound at all using this basic driver. If you do not, none of these solutions will help. Report back because you are dealing with something other than a driver issue such as corruption in the OS. You should get some kind of sound using this basic driver.

2. If you do get sound, go to windows update and check for updates. If MS finds an appropriate driver for your sound, it will be listed in optional updates.

3. Currently there is a bug in the OS that keeps many from getting to optional updates, but there is a workaround.
In search box, type "optional updates" and the search result will come back as "view optional updates."
See if a sound driver is listed there. If it is let Windows update install it. Reboot.

Suggestion 6: If Previous solutions did not find an appropriate driver.
1.Although I usually do not recommend using any kind of driver update program, some times it's a last resort. Download DriverIdentifier
from here. Install it and let it scan your system. If it finds a sound driver, install it. UNINSTALL DriverIdentifier afterwards. You don't want to leave it on your system.

Hopefully one of these suggestions will work for you.
