No USB power after soft shutdown

I the past, I got USB power after a soft Shutdown (I am using 1 US port for charging after soft shutdown). But since 1 or 2 weeks, there is no USB power after soft shutdown.
But I did not change any setting on Windows 11.
Anyone can help? Thanks.

Welcome.

That's a setting generally reserved for the BIOS. Check your manual as to where in "Advanced" it is.

Also, if you're using the MSI Center App, maybe see if something resonates in there? If you use it, was it recently updated?

Thanks for the reply. I did not change anything in Bios. And it worked 1 or 2 weeks ago.

But I checked in Bios anyway: ErP Ready is disabled. So USB should be on after soft shutdown. But it is not.

do you have 'fast start up' enabled

control panel > power options

in this window on the left hand side click
'choose what the power buttons do'

in this windows towards the bottom is a greyed out section
'fast start up' will be there.

to disable 'fast start up'
at the top of the windows is 'change settings that are currently unavailable'
click that and the options at the bottom of this window can then be changed.

try that and see if the USB ports are active after shutdown.
