I don't have a magnify glass in my address bar. Zoom is 100%.

The site displays properly in Edge, in my (dual boot) Insider installation. Still believe something other than what I cleared needs deletion.

Although Zoom is set at default 100% it was defaulting to 33% for this one site. Reset it to 100% and site now displays properly.

A "gotcha" for Edge that it can have custom Zoom settings for individual sites. Got to remember this.

Yes. In Edge settings- cookies and site permissions -all permissions- zoom levels, you can see what zoom settings are applied to different sites.
