I've been trying to get into the sky forum site to ask a question there, but I've found when trying to access via Chrome all I get is HTTP ERROR 400,tried to access on Edge, and same thing,so,as a experiment I downloaded and tried firefox, and I'm in! so it's something to do with edge,(which I hardly ever use) and chrome is there any way I can fix it other than the usual clear cache? all browsers are up to date btw
I don't get why I can't access it via two browsers but it works the other?

Here's the result in my Edge browser (that I normally don't use, my default browser is Firefox):

So there must be something that your browsers do with the adress https://helpforum.sky.com/ that makes it unusable.

Because this is what I found for "400 Bad Request error":
The 400 Bad Request error is a client-side HTTP status code that crops up when a server is unable to fulfill a request. This is usually caused by typos in the URL, corrupt browser cookies, or conflicting browser extensions.
Hopefully someone else has experience with this kind of error.

I had a few sites doing this with Chrome a few days back. I switched the secure DNS in Chrome from Google to Cloudflare, and it sorted it.

I tried it with both Firefox and Edge. Firefox is my default browser when Edge doesn't ignore my settings and take over.

Full URL: https:// www. helpforum. sky. com
Shortcut URL: helpforum. sky. com
Ignore the spaces . . .

Normally, I use the shortcut URL and it works.

Results:

Firefox - Using both the full URL and the shortcut URL work for me.

Edge - Using the full URL works but the shortcut URL does not. Never had that happen before.
