OneDrive restarting

So I use to right click OneDrive and close it when not used, since latest windows update, I can no longer right click and close OneDrive. Also if I do close OneDrive via cmd line or task manager 2-3 min later its restarted?!

Disable OneDrive Startup in Settings
- Open OneDrive from the system tray.
- Click *Help & Settings (gear icon) Settings.
- Under Sync and backup, toggle off “Start OneDrive when I sign in to Windows”.

Or try CMD as Admin

Or the Registry

- Open **Run (`Win + R`), type “regedit”, and press *Enter.
- Navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
- Find OneDrive, right-click it, and select Delete.

open the task manager.
start > windows tools > task manager

on the left of the task manager window click 'start up apps'
then right click the OneDrive entry and then click 'disable'

thats not what i'm asking i want onedrive to run when widows starts, its when i disable the system is restarting.
