Jim, I believe Stigg wants to edit a contact and there is no option in the Edit Contact sub-menu to do so. Hence;

works in mine with Office 2021 LTSC -- not sure whether you currently need to be signed in (for office) with your Ms account -- you don't have to be signed in to Windows with an Ms account of course and office still works without signing in -- but it does mention that some features might NOT be available if you don't sign in. (in Office).

I'd say, 80% of my frequently used contacts, besides family, are businesses or organizations of some sort, in which case, I'll use their website or business logo.

I'm signed in and receiving emails. It's just that the contacts sub-menus are blank.
But I recently upgraded my Microsoft accounts to passkeys because of the Too Many Requests errors.

Good question. Maybe nothing. Maybe those sub-menus shouldn't be there. But clicking on the visible menus does nothing.
I'm starting to think that it's a bug with version 2507 Build 16.0.19029.20030. There have been a few interface bugs recently.
