PC freeze and mouse disappears for a few seconds

The PC sometimes would freeze with the mouse disappearing for a few seconds then it gets back, it happened once when I was installing apps and was doing other tasks, once when extracting a rar file and browsing, once it happened when Windows updates were downloading and installing and just now it happened exactly when I clicked on "install" Windows updates and lasted for about a second.

I forgot to mention that this freeze with the mouse cursor disappearing happened on a completely fresh OS install after doing the following only, installed Windows, installed drivers, connected to the internet and began installing Windows updates then during the downloading and installing of Windows updates it happened.

Is it a wired mouse or Wi-Fi Bluetooth? If it's Wi-Fi/Bluetooth maybe the mouse drivers need updating.
