Solved Pin shortcut to taskbar

Change the extension of the file from .m3u to .exe, drag it to the Taskbar, change the file extension back to m3u, change the Properties of the pinned shortcut back to m3u.
(I'm using a foobar playlist file, (.fpl), for the example)

It worked! Just had to change the icon for it and restart Explorer to see the new icon, but it worked! Thank you!
