I have downloaded Revo uninstaller ran it it dind't find anythig from Teamviewer or QTupdater, done the registry find it found both i deleted both but as soon as i restart the pc both reappear.

please check task scheduler
windows tools > task scheduler

when this window opens
on the left menu check for
QTupdater and TeamViewer

disable then delete any entries that you find

#####
then check task manager
window tools > task manager
on the left is > startup
again check for QTupdater and TeamViewer

right click and disable any startup items.

then restart your system and check to see if it appears again

note.
if it appears again it would look like you have some kind of download software
that is re-installing this software.
if that is the case i would suggest and complete wipe and reinstall of the system.

I'm probably not qualigfied to help but I do know that TeamViewer can be on your computer without a full installation using the
QuickSupport module (a small, single-use .exe file that runs without installing)
Also, where did you get that Windows PC manager? It does not come with Windows 11 but is an add on so maybe it came with that? When this pop-up is there, launch task manager and see if it will give you a clue and you can kill the pop-up from there as well. You can look at the Properties of the task and see the path . . . (?)

PC Manager is available in the Microsoft Store. It's interesting that the original source of PC Manager is a Chinese division of Microsoft.

You are in the right place. Put your pointer on the tool bar directly on the line separating
Name and Status. When it turns into a double sided arrow, drag it to the right to view the names completely.

Scroll down and look for TeamViewer. choose Disable or Delete to remove it. If not there then this is not a task that runs with Windows.

Follow the instructions in Post #28 and remove all registry entries for TeamViewer.

please see my post #46 and task manager
window tools > task manager

on the left of the task manager window is a menu list and you want startup
TeamViewer and/or QTupdater can be disabled there.

also it maybe an idea to open Windows services
windows tools > services

and check there for TeamViewer and/or QTupdater
you can open any service by right clicking that service entry then on that right click menu click 'properties'
then stop any related service and then set that service to disabled by the drop down menu.

yes that is the right place now just go through each item on that menu and check for TeamViewer and/or QTupdate.

after checking Windows scheduler then check Windows task manager for any startup entries.

No entry of Teamviewer or QTupdate inside task scheduler nor inside task manager plus all entries of both have been removed from System information start up programs, i have rebooted the PC a few times and so far no pop ups, im hoping it stays like this, again thanks to all who have offered help and guidance.
