ThinkPad running windows 11 PRO 25H2 26200.7840. Despite my reading/following Brink's good tutorial on this subject and the seveeral thorny questions people like me with same/similar problem, I'm still not able to get a FastBoot or hibernate inclusion.

Code:
PS C:\Users\Theo> powercfg /a
The following sleep states are available on this system:
Standby (S0 Low Power Idle) Network Connected
    Hibernate
    Fast Startup

The following sleep states are not available on this system:
    Standby (S1)
The system firmware does not support this standby state.
This standby state is disabled when S0 low power idle is supported.

    Standby (S2)
The system firmware does not support this standby state.
This standby state is disabled when S0 low power idle is supported.

    Standby (S3)
The system firmware does not support this standby state.
This standby state is disabled when S0 low power idle is supported.

    Hybrid Sleep
        Standby (S3) is not available.
The hypervisor does not support this standby state.

None of the above appear to be true :)
is this a bios issue?
Also I noticed after invoking the power script to turn on hibernate, and I can't remember if I ran another power plan script from console, can't think of it, I had some weird system behavior, like shutdown failing... seemed to go to one of the sleep modes instead. that has resolved somehow.

what I'm ultimately trying to achieve is real fast bootup. I barely use the pc anymore so don't like fooling around with W11 anymore either. did that for decades. prefer other things now. Boot fast. shutdown clean. get out
pls advise
