Well, I guess I will have to wait because somehow the explorer hack has not been possible for me it always says that the application can't be found (or something like).
Perhaps a new QTTabBar beta will come with the problem resolved.

Have seen that too... I remove it, reinstalled and then later it isn't there again.

I tried it too but having trouble with a file (shortcut) being created in Startup folder called: QTTabBar Desktop Extension StartUp.QTTabGroup and Windows keeps complaining that there are no application associated with it.

Don't set any particular Groups as startup groups, shouldn't happen after that.
Also..., try not creating or using .QTGroup shortcuts, use the Desktop menu to access Groups.

v2048beta2 is finicky..., I fool around with it on my Insider machine, but I kept 1038 on my W11 laptop, it still works best!
