Realtek Drivers - No Microphone after install

Hello all,

I recently installed realtek drivers for extra sound options from: PC Audio Codecs > High Definition Audio Codecs Software - REALTEK

My microphone refuses to work now. Any solutions?

You say you are on 21h2. For goodness sake...WHY??? I strongly suggest you to ugrade to 23h2.
Roll back your realtek driver in device manager , use system restore, or restore a system image to get back to before you updated the driver.
