Recall not included in Windows 11 24H2 26100 .4061 (?)

Windows 11 Pro 25 H2 / Windows 3.11 Emulator
Previously "Recall" was issues then removed and following that issued to PC's with certain Spec and A1 connection .

Should it not now be included in the latest version . I cannot see access via Settings / System / Privacy & Security ?

Put another way, this feature is for Copilot+ PCs only. Be aware also that not every CPU with a neural net processor qualifies. If must be capable of a minimum of 40 TOPs and have a minimum of 8 logical processors.

Thanks God my old 3rd generation Intel Core-i7 CPU doesn't qualify, so I don't have to worry about spying on me. Also I won't fill my precious SSD space with nonsense I might never need.

Yes supports TPM 2........ processor is I9 9900k.

I wrongly thought support requirement for NPU had been lifted and that Recall availability was now generic. with 26100.4061

SSD capacity not a question , as I know how much space is required.

Apparently the requirement is not lifted, if you want to use the Copilot features. I don't care, my system is not supported anyway, so I just bypass compatibility check and install Windows 11 without the Copilot features.
