Something in settings, automatically share photos to OneDrive, or something like that!

I know there are lots of people on this forum that hate OneDrive, but I've never had any problems with it.
Because I have an Office 365 subscription, I have a terabyte (TB) of storage on up to 6 computers for myself and family members, so I find it to be very handy.

Somewhat older (last version 2017), but perfectly suited for what I want to 'screenshot'.
Mostly I use the capture region option and after that often the capture last region.
The hotkeys can be choosen, these are mine:

Will look into using Snipping tool when I actually have more time to learn how to do various things. Snagit's scrolling capture does not work with everything which other products seem to do better.

I don't think people hate it so much, I think it simply becomes too intrusive.

It squirrels things away even when you don't expect or want it to and that can be alarming and annoying to the best of us.

It has it's uses, it's just not for everyone.

I also have Greenshot, but I found it to be a little clumsy at times, but still a good program none the less.

I find ShareX scrolling screen capture doesn't work well for me (my issue rather than the program I suspect) so I have PicPick just for that option. Always works.

I like Jason Savard's 'explain and send screenshots'. It has an optional time delay which is useful if you want to capture drop-down menus which disappear with the MS Snipping tool.

But not when you press. WIN+Shift+ S. I never knew that the option was available. Typical MS design failure.

I've never had a problem capturing drop down menus with the Snipping Tool. The trick is to leave the mouse in place hovering over the menu until after you press Shift + Win + S.

I did not mess with any settings to achieve that either, just something I discovered along the way.

When I pressed Alt + Print Screen, ShareX asked me if I wanted to auto upload. Upload to where? I said "No", and because I said, "No", it said auto upload has been disabled. Where is the auto upload setting?
