Something WEIRD is going on now. Every time I get up from my chair, my MAIN screen goes black for several seconds. It does not do that as long as I am setting here. . . My chair NOT connected to my PC at all . . . . .

It's winter afterall. Is the room super dry? You can try an anti-static mat (glass is better than plastic), or a humidifier placed not too close to the computer. Maybe get an indoor hygrometer, or a thermometer with one.

Just make sure the cables are snug to the socket. Specially the power cable. You monitor riser doesn't look very stable (wiremesh). A little movement can shake the monitors. So if you have loose cables it will cause some flickering.
