2x Samsung 990 PRO SSDs in AMD RAID1 configuration (latest drivers from amd.com)

I built it a couple of months ago, but I only had a chance to set it up on-site today. Within a second or two of the Win11 loading circle animating, it began to stutter, then the machine spontaneously rebooted (which is what it has done every time it has attempted to boot Windows normally today). Windows did its usual automatic repair which made no difference, according to srttrail.txt it looks like on one occasion it did a system restore which also made no difference.
I also used the 'startup options' area to select 'disable auto reboot' /just/ in case but it made no difference to the problem. I've also tried safe mode / boot logging (the log file wasn't created).
I've run a quick single pass with memtest86 today (back when I built it I would have run the standard 4 passes), no problems there. In recovery mode, I ran sfc on the Windows installation as well as dism and chkdsk /f /v /r. I've just run a RAID array consistency check using RAIDXpert2's rcadm command line program, checked the status of the array, it seems to be happy. Since the array was set up, I've had it do more than one consistency check, and until today the computer hasn't done anything remotely suspicious.
There's a general suspicion in tech circles about pretty much any kind of RAID these days (I tried to use Windows RAID on the first install of this computer but I found that Win11 wouldn't auto-feature-update itself as long as C drive was mirrored), but I want to know if AMD RAID is definitely at this root of this problem before I give up on it / this install of Windows.
Any help would be much appreciated!
