I do I get the start menue to show all programs? I'm using "allstartback"
Is it just a matter of reducing text size?

I suppose you meant: StartAllBack!

The startmenu of StartAllBack should show "All Programs", just below the favorite programs:

When you open that, you get the programs organized in folders and the Windows apps in a separate folder, if you have set the menu-settings to do so:
