just replace your taskbar with nexus dock and configure the dock to be like a taskbar. create a start button shortcut and make the settings match (never zoom, etc).

Hello dacrone, I appreciate sharing an alternative solution. The StartAllBack has everything except this one missing feature, it's lightweight and clean. I'm not sure If I want to install this complex app on top.
Knowing that Edwin has managed to do that makes me wonder how did he do that what I'm missing.

Try the Win 7 Command Bar, it may have something to do with the way the Taskbar functions...,
... not sure if the free vs paid version has any bearing, it's supposed to be a fully functional trial.

I don't use StartAllBack or Explorer Patcher.
Only things I use are Winaero Tweaker and TranslucentTB.

Can you please just temporary install StartAllBack and try if you can drag the Browser window past the taskbar wall? If you can do that then I have something bad on my end or if you're unable to do that just like me the Edvin is unique
