I thought the app could make it work universally for all apps. I don't know how to manually make Google Chrome maximize beyond the taskbar icons. Do you have an idea how can I do this for Chrome? Thank you

Hide the Taskbar, then manually pull all four edges of Chrome to the edges of your screen, show Taskbar.

It doesn't work.
1. I go to Windows-Setting, Personalization, Taskbar, Taskbar behaviors, and select Automatically hide task bar checkmark.
2. Then I maximize the Chrome window, and it goes all the way to the bottom, fine.
3. I uncheck the Automatically hide task bar.
4. The Chrome window reduces leaving space for the taskbar on the bottom.

Don't use the Maximize Button, you need to pull all 4 edges of the Chrome window to the edges of your screen using your cursor...

You can also use TranslucentTB (Microsoft Store), to turn the Taskbar... clear.

I also tried manually dragging the edges of the Chrome window to the bottom but once I reenabled "Automatically hide task bar" checkmark the taskbar pushed the chrome window up automatically.

This is exactly what I'm trying to achieve, and when you open an app or a browser can you show me how your apps look, do the apps stay on top of the window content?

Well... it works for the wallpaper. But maximized windows still stop at the top of the Taskbar.

Ah sadly, I want the taskbar to always stay transparent and allow the apps to stay on top of the Browser windows or other apps window.

Yeah.... doesn't help with maximized or dragged windows.

You probably have to turn off Snapping for a minute, set the window, then revert...

My snapping was turned off from the moment I reinstalled the Windows 11, I don't like this feature I never use it.

You can shrink the Taskbar size to medium... small doesn't work anymore.

If the TaskbarSi item isn't there just right click and create it... New DWORD (32-bit) Value
and set it to zero (0)

Reboot to apply the changes.

Oops! I forgot..., after you turn Off 'Automatically hide the Taskbar', grab the bottom of the window once more and drag it the rest of the way down! Sorry 'bout that!

I like the big icons on my taskbar. Do you mean to use a medium taskbar as an alternative to get Chrome and app windows larger? That is not a good solution.

I tried that, but it hit the wall of the Taskbar, I can't drag it pass the taskbar, it just hit the wall and stops.
