StartAllBack For Windows 11 has been released.
It's an RC release. I haven't tested it yet as I have Start11 installed.

Edit: I have now tested it. It's working quite well.
Apart from a great start menu, you can also have the Enhanced Classic Taskbar back.
This means (for example) that you can have an uncombined and unlocked Taskbar.
You will now also be able to enhance the Taskbar clock using T-Clock Redux or similar.

You can also change Windows Explorer to Ribbon UI or Simple UI.

I fully agree with you!

Without Plumpness, the progression of copying etc. is marked by an ugly green taskbar label. With Plumness switched on, it's the old marker, a thin green line (not so beautiful too, but better acceptable anyway). But set on Plumpness (whatever advantages that may have), the taskbar takes more space from the lower part of the screen, which is what I don't want. For what purpose would that be good? I am using small taskbar icons, to keep the space taken by the taskbar as small as possible.

This is a big disadvantage built in now. I don't like it at all!
Please make it so, that I can choose the way the progression of a task is displayed.

What is that full green stripe for? Why is the whole label taken for progression indication?
Awful that really is!

Must be a mistake by Tihiy to make it like that... :(

Please make the color of the progreesion bar selectable, like the color of the taskbar itself is.
And let it just be a thin line in all circumstances.

The best would be to have the color of the progressbar like that of the 24h2 by default (based on the accent color)
But it's true that the design of the progressbar of SAB is better, just missing the color

With a window maximized (for instance an image shown in classic Windows Photo Viewer), I don't want a taskbar to be seen and that's exactly how it is done by the system. So for me I will never use that option.

Or maybe I did understand you wrong, but you don't need to explain what is archieved by that function, as I will never switch over to the Plumpness taskbar at all. Takes too much space from my screen, I don't like it at all.
