Before running restorehealth you want to check if the image even needs repair so you are not wasting your time.

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

If scanhealth reports no component store corruption detected then there is no reason to run restorehealth as there is nothing to repair.

Well sfc scan didn't come up with anything as I stated. I don't see the need to run the dism routine. Thanks.
